I think that if we learn each others culture because we learned how each person lives. Also just in case some thing in our state happened and we had to pick another place to live, we can know where we should go probably live because we would know a lot about the culture. So we would know if we should go there or not.I also think we should know each others culture so just in case that someone comes from a different place we would know how to communicate with them so they won't think we are stupid.I think we can gain a lot of sense because we know something about someone else and we won't say or do any thing wrong to someone.

You're right Constant! We need to know about other cultures. I am currently contacting teachers from all over the world and I am having trouble communicating. One teacher from France told me to not say "Thank you!" and say "Good day!" instead. Isn't that crazy??

We can research someone's culture and learn about them. If someone was new to our school we could research their culture and know their language.

we get to learn differnet cultures and what they do over there. if people tell use about there cultures. incase you dont know how to comunicate to some one you have to learn cultures.for example you have to know cultures for jobs,when you going to meet someone,and when you going vacations. still when we grow up we will still need to know cultures.i will always know cultures incase i need to greed someone.

The knowledge that we gain from learning about other cultures is in case you have a friend that is Puerto Rican and they come to your house, you have to know what types of food they can eat. Learning about other cultures shape our lives and decisions that we make by having a better understanding of how different cultures live their lives, because when you understand how a person's culture affects their life, it makes you want to be a better person and make good decisions. If I had a different culture it would be Japanese and I would shape somebody's life by tutoring them because in China and Japan they go to school everyday.

One thing you can learn about when researching other cultures is an appreciation for what you have because so many people suffer and we have all we can imagine so it teaches us to be appreciative and to be mindful of what we do and say about others and where they come from. Learning about different cultures can help us to know what to do in case something happens to our country in case it gets worse and we have to choose a new place to go.
